VIP Team Leader (iGaming)

An international Betting company is looking for a VIP Team Leader to strengthen the team that works with the African markets. Our company is a team of ambitious and creative professionals who are constantly developing and achieving high results. You can become a part of our team.

We are looking for:

• From 2 years of experience in iGaming in a management position, or at least 1 year in a similar position (team lead in VIP, CRM, or retention);
• Experience in team management: assigning tasks, monitoring results, providing feedback, and training employees;
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and draw conclusions about players, bonuses, and deposit trends;
• Proficient use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI);
• Experience in writing technical specifications for in‑house developed services to meet the needs of the VIP team;
• English language proficiency at the B2 level.
• Perseverance, responsibility, and the habit of completing tasks to the end.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the VIP manager team: assign tasks, monitor deadlines and quality, provide regular feedback, conduct one‑to‑one meetings;
• Monitor work with VIP players: contact with new players, response speed, relevance of tags and limits in CRM;
• Track the activity of key players, the dynamics of their deposits and profits, and identify deviations and risks in a timely manner;
• Develop and coordinate bonus mechanics and personalized offers for VIP players, prepare technical specifications and regulations;
• Analyze the effectiveness of bonuses issued and their impact on deposit activity;
• Analyze inactive and unprofitable players and prepare proposals for reactivation;
• Prepare and review data exports and reports for the VIP team and related departments;
• Prepare a monthly analytical report on the team’s results and forecasts for the next period;
• Interact with the finance department regarding cashbacks, gifts, and payments.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with African markets;
• French language proficiency at level B2;
• Experience working with CRM systems and player segmentation.
