Contribution Trade Ops Associate I (401(k))

Location: United States, Remote; the role also requires a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the Lindon, Utah office, Monday–Thursday.

Hourly pay: $21.00–$24.00, depending on US labor market, location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Review customer and account data, identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and maintain accurate and compliant records.
• Process customer contributions accurately and on time, ensuring they are correctly applied without delays.
• Investigate and correct data errors while supporting accurate reporting and operational data integrity.
• Coordinate information flow between teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve contribution-processing workflows.
• Learn operational processes, provide day-to-day support, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support key projects by completing assigned tasks on time and maintaining quality in project deliverables.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, numerical aptitude, and time-management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
• Basic problem-solving abilities and an interest in research and learning.
• Willingness to identify and suggest process improvements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Basic reconciliation skills.
