Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Salary: $26.00–$43.34 hourly (USD).

What you will do

• Monitor and complete complex audits, often focused on post-approval processes within a lending function.
• Identify non-compliance issues, communicate findings, and support corrective actions.
• Maintain deficiency records, prepare regular reports, and identify trends in audit data.
• Recommend and help implement improvements to policies, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable policies, processes, and regulations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, provide guidance and training, and escalate risk-related issues to management.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and at least 3 years of work experience in the supported area.
• Without a degree, at least 5 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years in the supported area.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with relevant spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software.
• Detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience providing written or verbal feedback.
