AI Datacenter Construction Manager

Location: On-site in Rockdale, TX; Massillon, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Houston, TX, or other listed Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania project areas.

What you will do

• Act as hirify.global’s on-site owner’s representative and single point of accountability from mobilization through energization, commissioning, and turnover.
• Direct general contractors and trade partners on safety, quality, productivity, logistics, and schedule.
• Run site coordination meetings, look-ahead planning, short-interval planning, and progress reporting.
• Review change requests, quantities, and pay applications with cost and procurement teams.
• Coordinate civil, electrical/high voltage, mechanical, fiber, and ELV scopes with design and engineering teams.
• Work with authorities, inspectors, and utilities; resolve RFIs and field issues and support punch-list closure, as-builts, and turnover.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years leading data center or mission-critical sites.
• Experience delivering large, fast-track builds with multiple concurrent trades.
• Working knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning work on data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage general contractors and trade partners on site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead decisively in changing field conditions, communicate timely updates, and own site outcomes end to end.
• Willingness to work on site and travel to active project locations.

• Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, PMP, or CCM.
