Product Marketing (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States of America; travel required 20% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $174,000–$239,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead managers, professional staff, and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Develop business and marketing plans, product positioning, and strategies to increase competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and conduct competitive analysis for products and product lines.
• Establish pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for product introductions.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop and enhance products and communicate market needs and timelines.
• Manage field support to optimize account partnerships and market penetration.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within the job family and related job families.
• In-depth understanding of how the discipline integrates within the business segment or function.
• Ability to manage multiple related teams, set organizational priorities, and allocate resources.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Understanding of hirify.global' global Standards of Business Conduct and continuous compliance with them.
