Oracle Fusion Data Conversion Consultant (Functional and Technical)

Location: Remote in the U.S.; structured daily overlap with US Eastern business hours required

What you will do

• Validate and complete source-to-target mappings from PeopleSoft and other legacy finance systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Define value mappings, defaults, and data-quality rules, and review mappings drafted by Mosaic AI agents.
• Prepare and check FBDI files, support mock and full-volume loads, and resolve Oracle Fusion load errors.
• Reconcile converted data to legacy counts and balances, prepare evidence, and explain differences to finance users.
• Support business validation, sign-off, and collaboration with finance SMEs, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Mosaic AI agents.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversions in the relevant area.
• Strong functional understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model for Financials, Procurement, or Projects and Time and Labor.
• Hands-on FBDI experience, including load-error resolution.
• Experience reconciling converted data with finance users.
• PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS experience as a conversion source.
• Good SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Clear business English and disciplined daily overlap with US Eastern hours.

Nice to have

• PeopleSoft Financials source experience.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with automated or AI-assisted data conversion tooling.
• Oracle Cloud certification in the relevant area.
