Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Lake Mary, Florida, United States; work from home is permitted up to one day per week. Work location: 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Lake Mary, FL 32746.

Salary: $166,500–$218,000 per year; 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Consult with internal business groups and provide senior-level application software development and technical support.
• Design, develop, test, document, integrate, and maintain efficient enterprise software components.
• Build and support Spring-based microservices, RESTful API ecosystems, event-driven systems, and complex job orchestration workflows.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines, DevOps infrastructure, enterprise security, identity management, centralized logging, observability, and scalable database solutions.
• Support the BlackRock Aladdin Trading Platform and portfolio management and investment strategy platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, technology standards evaluation, emerging-technology guidance, and corporate integration strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Ten years of experience in the offered role or a closely related occupation.
• Ten years of experience with the Spring Ecosystem and Microservices Architecture, including enterprise microservices design using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Ten years of experience with RESTful API Architecture and Integration Patterns, including API versioning, composition, rate limiting, caching, and governance.
• Ten years of experience with Event-Driven Architecture and Job Orchestration, including Tivoli/Autosys or similar enterprise scheduling systems and near-real-time trigger-based processing.
• Ten years of experience architecting end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps infrastructure.
• Ten years of experience with enterprise security architecture and identity management, including LDAP authentication, role-based access control, encryption, and security governance.
• Ten years of experience with distributed logging and observability architecture, scalable database architecture, data-access optimization, query performance, and consistency.
• Ten years of experience with financial compliance and regulatory architecture, BlackRock Aladdin and trading systems, and portfolio management and investment strategy platforms.
