What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, capital planning, forecasting, governance, and organizational scaling.
• Architect financial infrastructure supporting innovation, disciplined growth, and future liquidity events.
• Partner strategically with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Help shape the company’s long-term value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
• Experience leading financial strategy, capital planning, forecasting, governance, and organizational scaling within a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or technology environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or CPA strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, CGMA, or CFP.
