Contract Management Support Graduate (Aviation)

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa; hybrid work with work-from-home availability up to 2 days per week depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Support activities across the contract lifecycle to ensure contractual tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Facilitate daily commercial and contract team workflows, including meetings and reviews.
• Maintain master files and databases covering bid responses, contract issues, and renewals.
• Prepare reports and presentations and distribute documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Review, understand, and manage customer contracts.
• Support the resolution of contractual and process issues and help assess and manage contractual risk within bid teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal studies, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic legal understanding is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Background knowledge of contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment, is welcome.
