Community Lead & Field (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote US; travel to assigned roadshows, tradeshows, and other events up to 60% of the time.

Base compensation: $94,400–$118,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Travel to assigned roadshows, tradeshows, and other events while representing hirify.global professionally and engaging the relevant audience.
• Drive booth traffic through pre-event outreach, attendee conversations, and on-site activations.
• Execute feet-on-the-street account-based marketing activities as directed by the manager.
• Build relationships with prospects and MSP partners and book demos at in-person events.
• Manage event follow-up and relationship progression so account executives receive timely context, clear next steps, and qualified opportunities.
• Use AI tools to research target accounts, prepare for conversations, organize event notes, and draft follow-up while applying judgment to the final work.

Requirements

• Experience engaging prospects at tradeshows, roadshows, conferences, or other in-person events is valuable.
• Curiosity, self-starting behavior, eagerness to learn, drive, and initiative without waiting for perfect instructions.
• Ability to engage strangers naturally, make useful small talk, and build non-transactional relationships.
• Travel readiness and comfort working in environments requiring frequent movement, quick judgment, and consistent energy.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes while recognizing when thoughtful deviation is appropriate.
• Ability to use AI for preparation, research, and follow-up with sound judgment regarding accuracy, privacy, and human context.
