Senior Investor Relations Specialist (E-commerce)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with flexible working hours and up to 30 days of occasional remote work

What you will do

• Manage and optimize the investor relations engagement calendar, prioritizing investor and analyst requests and coordinating meetings, roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls.
• Own the IR CRM, investor databases, contact lists, interaction logs, and data accuracy.
• Prepare designated sections of quarterly, half-year, and annual IR deliverables, including earnings presentations, factbooks, and Q&A documents.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Legal teams to collect, verify, and consolidate operational and financial metrics.
• Collect and analyze consensus data for GMV, revenue, and adjusted EBITDA; monitor analyst targets, recommendations, and sell-side research.
• Manage IR website updates, external vendors, service providers, administrative workflows, and initial responses to investor and analyst queries.

Requirements

• Experience appropriate for independently managing investor relations activities and reporting deliverables.
• Ability to work with investor databases, CRM systems, financial and operational data, and reporting materials.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Legal departments.
• Ability to collect, maintain, and analyze consensus data and summarize sell-side equity research.
• Ability to coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, earnings calls, vendors, and external service providers.
