Financial Manager/Affiliate Reconciliation Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote from Poland or Romania; listed locations include Warsaw and Bucharest, Europe.

What you will do

• Oversee affiliate settlements and conduct regular, comprehensive financial reconciliations.
• Reconcile partner performance and traffic statistics, maintain accurate affiliate balances, and track payment statuses end to end.
• Collaborate with the Anti-Fraud Unit, Affiliate Management Team, Treasury Team, and external partners.
• Identify the root causes of data and payout mismatches and lead partner communication to resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Manager, Financial Analyst, Reconciliation Specialist, Billing Specialist, or in a similar financial operations role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including large dataset manipulation, complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation models.
• High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a structured approach to handling large volumes of financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and resolve discrepancies diplomatically with external counterparties.
• Professional English at B2 level or higher for written communication with international partners.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in iGaming or Affiliate Marketing/Media Buying.
