Investor Relations Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Own the investor relations strategy and annual plan across results announcements, the AGM, investor conferences, and other corporate-calendar events.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for institutional investors and sell-side analysts, explaining financial and operational performance and the business outlook.
• Build relationships with investors and analysts, map the shareholder base, track consensus, and assess analyst views.
• Create earnings releases, results presentations, roadshow and conference decks, and content for the investor relations website.
• Plan investor roadshows, conferences, one-to-ones, and calls with the CEO and CFO, ensuring management is fully briefed.
• Translate investor sentiment, peer valuations, analyst reports, stock performance, and expected market reactions into input for management and Board decisions while maintaining compliant market communications.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of investor relations experience at a public Polish company or capital markets experience in equity research, investment management, or ECM.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investor relations best practices, and MAR and WSE regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to build and analyze financial models and benchmark company performance against analyst models and listed peers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills, with the ability to explain strategy and complex financial information to diverse audiences.
• Fluent English at C2 level and Polish are required.
• Independent judgment, discretion with confidential information, project ownership, cross-cultural and cross-time-zone coordination, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or a professional designation such as CFA.
• Understanding of the mobile free-to-play gaming model, competitive dynamics, and Social Casino.
• Understanding of the iGaming industry and business model.
• Experience with IR tools such as Closir or Koyfin and running an investor relations website.
• Expert knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and interest in process automation.
