Senior Content Developer (EdTech)

Location: US Remote; remote workplace in the United States.

Pay range: $60,750–$99,750 annually, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and write original Spanish-language and English-language professional learning content for on-site and online delivery supporting Mosaico and Magnetic products.
• Define and maintain the scope and sequence for Spanish-language professional learning aligned with program goals and educator needs.
• Collaborate with program teams, field experts, content strategists, instructional designers, Professional Learning Specialists, and digital teams.
• Apply adult learning theory and bilingual pedagogy to create educator resources, guidance documents, and field-ready learning experiences.
• Use user feedback and performance data to identify content needs and propose continuous improvements.
• Support internal presentations and cross-departmental initiatives that advance Spanish-language programming.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with experience developing Spanish-language instructional or professional learning materials.
• Deep knowledge of biliteracy development and early Spanish literacy pedagogy, including phonological awareness, phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and fluency.
• At least 5 years of experience developing professional learning experiences and educator support materials, ideally for K–8 bilingual or dual-language programs.
• Experience creating original Spanish-language content rather than adapting or translating it, while preserving linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Experience with instructional design tools and platforms such as Articulate, Adobe Suite, Smartsheet, Camtasia, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with student-facing and adult-facing instructional models and the ability to scaffold content for different learner needs and delivery formats.
• Experience supporting field-facing teams and aligning content development with classroom realities and challenges.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written communication, interpersonal, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and quality-assurance skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, balance strategy with execution, and work responsively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Prior school-based coaching experience and/or instructional design experience in EdTech.

Nice to have

• MS or MA in Education, ideally focused on literacy, bilingual education, or curriculum and instruction.
