Manager, Finance

Location: Los Angeles, United States; expected to work in an office 4+ days per week under hirify.global's “default together” policy.

Base salary: $147,000–$259,000 annually depending on U.S. pay zone; eligible for RSU equity.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional financial projects and provide decision-making insights to business stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams on financial strategy, unit economics, and forecasting.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, cost optimization, and investment tracking.
• Partner with Business Intelligence and functional teams to improve reporting and deliver business metrics to leadership.
• Streamline financial and operational processes to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and identify value.
• Mentor and develop finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on business operations, financial planning, and forecasting, preferably in technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a multifaceted environment with short timelines and changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Expert-level financial modeling and experience with financial planning tools such as Hyperion or Anaplan.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting and income-statement forecasting.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience motivating and managing ambitious professionals and supporting their career development.

Nice to have

• MBA or another master's degree.
• SQL proficiency.
