Growth Marketing Manager (AI Discovery)

What you will do

• Own the SEO program, including keyword strategy, content, programmatic pages, and technical optimization, and convert high-intent traffic into signups, demos, and pipeline.
• Improve hirify.global’s discovery and recommendations across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews through content, structured data, and third-party sources.
• Improve the coding-agent adoption journey from discovery through authentication, pulling, building, and verification.
• Partner with Product to build and maintain the MCP server, Agent Skills, plugins, CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md snippets, llms.txt, and agent-readable quickstarts.
• Run evaluations using real developer prompts across models and coding agents, and measure which assets drive recommendations and usage.
• Build attribution connecting organic, AI-referred, and agent-originated signups to pipeline while collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Web, and Paid Media.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth, developer marketing, or technical product, with measurable funnel ownership for technical audiences.
• Hands-on SEO and AEO experience covering technical SEO, keyword strategy, content, and measurement.
• Terminal fluency and advanced SQL, including the ability to build a working MCP server or agent skill and answer questions from data.
• Daily experience using coding agents, with informed opinions on how agents choose tools and where they fail.
• Track record of driving cross-functional work without direct authority in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or the cloud-native ecosystem, including containers, Kubernetes, or software supply chain security.
