Founding Marketer DACH (SaaS)

Location: Europe; remote-first company with travel to trade shows and events in Germany plus occasional international trips.

What you will do

• Own the go-to-market strategy for DACH, starting with Germany, by localizing global plans and messaging.
• Run campaigns, German-language organic social content, events, and product marketing to grow awareness and pipeline among German clinics.
• Partner with sales and the wider GTM team on campaigns, events, and materials that support deal completion.
• Gather insights from clinics, sales, and Customer Success and turn them into local messaging, sales materials, launches, and product feedback.
• Contribute to global launches, events, campaigns, and content, and share learnings from Germany.
• Work directly with the VP Marketing on high-priority cross-business projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role, ideally in a fast-growing global SaaS company.
• Native-level German speaker.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to identify and complete work independently.
• Fast learner who delivers high-quality work at pace and is comfortable with high responsibility early in a career.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confidence collaborating with colleagues across teams and countries.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and events in Germany, plus occasional international trips.
• Fluent with AI tools.
