Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Cobourg/Peterborough/Belleville, ON) - 100% Commission

Location: Toronto, ON, with other locations in Peterborough, Cobourg, and Belleville, ON. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional on-site attendance; the specific remote/on-site arrangement is discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice, product solutions, and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Meet clients at times and locations convenient for them and deliver a meaningful client experience.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to build client relationships and support mortgage lending.
• Understand the local market, develop sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral relationships with internal businesses, external realtors, and community partners.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending and mortgage documentation.
• Client-focused approach with strong customer experience and relationship-building skills.
• Business development, networking, and local-market knowledge.
• Ability to provide personalized mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Goal-oriented, self-directed approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Ability to build trust through respect, authenticity, and strong community connections.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
