What you will do

• Support LATAM Topline Planning through demand forecasting, business-performance monitoring, and actionable commercial and financial insights.
• Track consumption trends and topline forecasts across Mexico and Brazil, identifying short- and long-term risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and other stakeholders to recommend actions that support sales and financial targets.
• Design, evolve, and govern models and dashboards covering sell-in, sell-out, market share, consumption, and forecasting.
• Use artificial intelligence and digital tools to simplify planning, improve reporting, and increase the speed and quality of insights.
• Serve as a strategic business partner through data storytelling, executive communication, project leadership, and change adoption.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of P&L and experience in Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, or Financial Planning.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide innovative actions.
• Advanced storytelling and strong executive communication skills.
• Ability to work with and communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, agility, and results orientation.
• Experience with Excel.
• Fluent English required.

• Intermediate generative AI skills.
