Director of Analytics (AI)

Location: United States; remote position with remote, hybrid, or in-office work options.

Salary: $157,667–$283,801 base pay range, plus variable pay opportunity.

What you will do

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Health's datamart, analytical tooling, and data infrastructure.
• Set the strategy for self-serve analytics so internal teams and customers can generate insights independently.
• Own data governance standards covering data quality monitoring, lineage, definitions, and AI/ML readiness.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Compliance on architecture, regulatory, security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to insight generation, data quality monitoring, and governance.
• Build and lead teams across analytics, data platforms, and tooling; partner with product, Sales, and Client Success leaders; and develop data commercialization business cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data platform, analytics, or data product leadership, including 3+ years managing a team.
• Experience building or scaling an enterprise datamart, data platform, or analytical tooling function.
• Experience with data governance, including data quality, lineage, definition standards, and preparing data for AI/ML use.
• Experience building or supporting data commercialization or data-as-a-product initiatives.
• Experience with data infrastructure, pipelines, BI/analytical tooling, engineering architecture decisions, and applying AI/ML to data platform or analytics problems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, statistics, or another quantitative or technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or another regulated industry with data privacy requirements.
• Knowledge of Epic, Meditech, or Oracle EHR data infrastructure.
