Personal Production Assistant - Sr (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Orlando, FL, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support for a sales function or one or more Mortgage Loan Originators and manage day-to-day client interactions.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems; make routine decisions in an officer's absence.
• Advise clients on bank products and services.
• Process and maintain accurate documentation, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Set up files, order and analyze titles and appraisals, and prepare files for underwriting and validation.
• Validate and send files to Corporate Underwriting, close loans, and ensure compliance with Huntington and investor guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Registration and additional qualifications required because the position is considered a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
