Clinical Implementation Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom; other listed locations are the USA and Croatia. Travel as required.

What you will do

• Coordinate solutions design by mapping clinical protocols and client requirements to software solutions within project scope.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementations, including product configuration and customization, testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Create design specifications, technical documentation, and implementation best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and onboarding to customers and internal teams.
• Represent customer needs to product development teams and translate feedback into product enhancements and roadmap input.
• Manage timelines, technical milestones, deliverables, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical experience in technical implementation, product management, solution design, or a related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial protocols, clinical data models, and eClinical data collection instruments.
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, documenting specifications, developing, testing, and implementing software.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, EDC, and DCT clinical trial domains.
• Proven client relationship and stakeholder interaction experience at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of SDLC and proficiency in app publication processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Git, Confluence, Postman, and Terminal command line tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, customer-facing communication, technical project management, problem-solving, requirement gathering, and time-management skills.
