What you will do

• Coordinate the overall Solutions Design Process for client studies.
• Review clinical trial protocols to identify solution needs and define study-specific eCOA designs.
• Gather sponsor requirements and recommend optimal design components to meet study needs.
• Create and maintain design specifications ensuring consistency across data capture, delivery, and database structures.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Data Management, and Product teams to align on requirements and data integrity.
• Present solution designs during internal and external milestone meetings and support project scoping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trials or equivalent role.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial documentation (protocols, questionnaires, data models).
• Experience translating client requirements into detailed design specifications.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes and clinical research standards.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
