Focus on creating study-specific design specifications, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and supporting scoping, change control, and testing.

What you will do
- Coordinate the Solutions Design Process for client clinical studies.
- Review clinical trial protocols, questionnaires, and data models to define study-specific eCOA designs.
- Translate sponsor requirements into optimized design specifications and recommend appropriate design components.
- Maintain specifications across data capture, delivery, and database structures.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Data Management, Product, and Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing teams to align requirements and protect data integrity.
- Present designs at internal and external milestone meetings and support scoping, change control, testing, documentation, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a science or healthcare-related degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical trials or an equivalent role.
- Ability to interpret clinical trial documentation and translate client requirements into design specifications.
- Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes and clinical research standards.
- Strong collaboration, communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluent English communication skills are required, and candidates must be based in Costa Rica.
