Associate Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Other listed locations include New York, Chicago, Boston, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $110K–$140K per year, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships and own the analytical function for the business area.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analysis should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders and drive them through execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Ability to break ambiguous problems into hypotheses before working with data.
• Ability to explain complex findings clearly and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
