Legal Operations Associate (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $65K–$80K annually, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered advisor for managing physical assets, expanding from car insurance and automotive services into home, motorcycle, RV, and related products.

What you will do

• Build AI- and low-code workflows that replace manual legal tasks.
• Manage corporate entity compliance across the US and Canada, including annual reports and state requests.
• Support legal research, contract reviews, and other substantive projects with Legal Counsel.
• Monitor intellectual property, identify infringements, and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate complex consumer escalations, recommend fixes, and convert recurring issues into compliance training.
• Review product and process compliance risks, collaborate with Engineering and Product on fixes, and lead compliance audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with a record of high performance.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems without detailed instructions.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI and technology to improve work, such as building a tool, automation, or process.
• Ability to track open items through completion, communicate proactively, flag blockers early, and operate with urgency amid ambiguity.
• High accuracy and reliable personal systems for regulatory filings, audits, deadlines, and cross-functional projects.
