People Systems Manager (HRIS)

What you will do

• Maintain, configure and continuously develop global People systems, acting as the technical subject matter expert for HiBob and related platforms.
• Design and improve workflows, automations, approval processes, forms, notifications, self-service functionality, access structures and system integrations.
• Maintain People data integrity through audits, validation rules, governance controls, consistent data standards and compliance support.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and scheduled reports, including complex data extraction, reconciliation and analysis.
• Support system improvements, implementations, integrations, data migrations and organisational change, including testing, documentation, training and adoption.
• Provide second-line technical support, resolve complex system and integration issues, and collaborate with People Operations, IT, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and external providers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience administering, configuring and developing HRIS or other People technology platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of HRIS configuration, workflows, permissions, reporting and data management.
• Experience improving system functionality, automating workflows and implementing data-quality controls.
• Strong reporting, data analysis and advanced spreadsheet skills, including dashboard development and data reconciliation.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and their application within People systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and deliver continuous system improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience administering and developing HiBob, including workflows, reporting and automation.
• Experience with Greenhouse, performance management, engagement or learning management platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Google Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• Experience supporting People systems across multiple countries.
• Experience with HRIS implementations, integrations, data migrations or organisational change.
• Experience working with external system vendors and technical support teams.
• CIPD or another relevant HR, information systems or data-related qualification.
