Senior People Data Analyst (People Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of data analysts and specialists within People Analytics.
• Oversee and contribute to People Dashboard, DE&I Dashboard, and other analytical products.
• Work with large, complex, and inconsistent HR datasets, including hands-on analysis of attrition, workforce trends, and DE&I.
• Translate HR-side analytics requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Partner with HR analytics, HRIS, Finance, IT, and senior business stakeholders to scope, prioritise, and present analytical outputs.
• Define technical standards, tooling, data governance, operating procedures, and the analytics roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence, with prior experience managing or mentoring a technical team.
• Strong technical skills across relevant tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel or similar.
• Experience working in a project-based or consultancy-style delivery model from briefs or requirements defined by others.
• Excellent communication skills with technical colleagues and non-technical HR or business stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and governance.
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with team leadership responsibilities.
