Creative & AI Intern

Location: New York City offices; minimum two days on-site per week

hirify.global is a 360° full-service creative studio working across culture, brands, experiences, design, campaigns, content, and production.

What you will do

• Support the creative team on brand, campaign, and experiential projects.
• Build decks, presentations, and visual narratives for internal and client pitches.
• Explore AI image-generation and AI motion/video tools on real creative projects.
• Conduct visual research into references and trends to support concept development.
• Participate in critiques and client-facing presentations to observe how concepts are pitched, defended, and refined.
• Contribute to hirify.global brand and studio projects with new tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a university undergraduate or master’s program.
• Must be available for at least 16 hours per week and two on-site days at the New York City offices.
• Must be available for the full program from February 3 through May 12, 2027; all internships begin February 3, 2027.
• Strong Figma skills are required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Hands-on interest or experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney and DALL·E, and AI motion/video tools such as Runway and Kling.
• Strong presentation design and art direction skills, with a foundation in typography, layout, and composition.
• Organization and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and genuine interest in the intersection of AI and design.
