Senior Designer, Entertainment Partnerships (AI)

Location: Hybrid, located in the Los Angeles office, United States

Annual base salary: $95,000–$117,000, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Create original layouts, templates, visual systems, and art direction for custom sales presentations reflecting each property’s tone, style, and IP.
• Translate strategy, research, and creative concepts into polished visual narratives from concept through final delivery.
• Partner with creative colleagues and sales leads to shape pitch stories around client objectives.
• Build workback schedules, set review checkpoints, manage risks, and deliver multiple projects on time in a deadline-driven environment.
• Integrate AI and emerging design tools, maintain quality across typography and imagery, and contribute to team templates and creative standards.
• Supervise and mentor a Design Assistant, including training on administrative tasks supporting client presentation delivery.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency, studio, brand, or in-house creative environment.
• Proven experience designing sales or business development presentations, pitch decks, and mockups that translate narratives, ideas, and strategy into persuasive visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, layout, art direction, and craft.
• Expert-level fluency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong command of emerging design and AI tools, with a clear point of view on using them to improve quality and speed.
• High standards for quality, strong self-editing ability, and rigorous attention to typography, imagery, consistency, and polish.
• Strong time management skills, including defining and meeting review checkpoints and deadlines across concurrent projects.
• Collaborative and adaptable working style, with the ability to take feedback, pivot quickly, and partner with creative colleagues and sales leads.
• Passion for and knowledge of marketing, entertainment, and pop culture; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage and mentor a Design Assistant.
