Customer Service Specialist (Chemicals)

Location: Hybrid role in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

What you will do

• Receive and process customer orders from beginning to end.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and provide customers with necessary information.
• Serve as a single point of contact and build long-term customer partnerships.
• Develop solutions to customer needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal team members and resolve problems and non-conformances quickly.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma with specialized training in a related field such as chemistry, sales, or customer service.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated team player able to interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
