Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk Management (Digital Compliance and Privacy)

Location: Hybrid in Łódź, Poland, with three days per week required from the Łódź office; up to 5% domestic and international travel may be required.

Annual gross base salary: zł 225,400–zł 354,200.

What you will do

• Lead digital compliance and privacy activities across the company.
• Manage ISO 27001 and TISAX audits, customer compliance requests, and other internal and external audits.
• Handle security, privacy, and data subject access requests globally.
• Audit websites and applications to verify regulatory compliance and protection of datasets containing personally identifiable information.
• Maintain internal IT controls and security policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of six FTEs and report to the Director of Digital Security Engineering.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance within a global footprint.
• Audit experience with TISAX or ISO 27001.
• Solid experience with data privacy regulations and frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Effective English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking are required.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, three days per week from the Łódź office.

Nice to have

• Compliance or information security certifications, such as CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or Lead Auditor.
• Basic networking and cloud security experience.
• Project management experience.
