Legal Intern - Labor Law/Droit Social - PPI Internship (Gaming)

Location: Paris, France; onsite with remote work permitted every Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Support HR compliance with labor regulations in France and more than 20 countries.
• Analyze operational HR practices and provide legal support on onboarding, offboarding, and daily labor matters.
• Prepare regular updates on legal changes.
• Map obligations toward employee representatives, especially CSE consultation processes.
• Prepare invitations, agendas, and information notes for employee representatives and attend CSE meetings.
• Help prepare collective agreements and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English required.
• Previous successful internship experience in labor law.
• Very good knowledge of French labor regulations.
• Proficiency with the Office package.
• Rigor, diplomacy, confidentiality, listening skills, availability, and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have

• Bar Student PPI status is welcome.
• A good sense of humor.
