Global Capital Markets Client Administrator II

Location: Hybrid position in Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America

Salary: $24.87–$41.45 hourly (USD)

What you will do

• Administer trust and entity accounts for high-net-worth private and institutional clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact, address inquiries, resolve problems, and support client requests.
• Process transactions including cash disbursements, trades, account balances, new accounts, discretionary distributions, and trust terminations.
• Support account representatives with recommendations, client meeting preparation, and implementation of client strategies.
• Manage internal and external service-provider relationships and escalate issues requiring immediate attention.
• Maintain controls, audit points, regulatory standards, and risk-management practices while supporting less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant work experience with direct client contact.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow corporate policies, procedures, risk standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• CCTS certification if focused on corporate trust.
• Strong skills in relevant software applications and ability to learn new applications.
• Team-environment experience, strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience working with highly capable and successful individuals, administrative support areas, and cross-functional partners.
• Integrity, professionalism, self-confidence, and a demonstrated ability to maintain positive working relationships.
