Senior Associate, Activation Search & Social (Paid Search & Social)

Gross annual pay: €25,000–€42,000 EUR.

What you will do

• Develop strategies and independently manage the setup, execution, and daily optimization of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Manage high-budget campaigns for large clients, supporting performance and ROI under Manager guidance.
• Lead pre- and post-campaign analyses and identify actionable insights and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven operational recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members, particularly Associates, and contribute to departmental knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex or non-standard cases while managing routine work with daily autonomy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, including complex campaigns and large-scale budgets.
• Strong strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to work autonomously.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, and TikTok.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent business English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient use of technology, including AI, to enhance client outcomes.

• Knowledge of Amazon Search.
