Bid Manager

Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece; hybrid work combining remote and office-based working, including the option to work from abroad

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end bid process for public-sector customers.
• Analyze and present RFP non-technical requirements with internal and partner bid teams.
• Coordinate preparation of bid participation requirements, including legal documents and proposal completeness.
• Review and submit compliant public tender proposals on time, then follow up on tender status.
• Coordinate legal issues and gather information needed for bidding decisions.
• Analyze competitors' non-technical responses, identify faults, and prepare justifications for legal actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; a master's degree or higher is an asset.
• At least 3 years of experience with full ownership of public-sector bids.
• Thorough knowledge of the legal and institutional framework of public procurement, including Directive 2014/24/EU and national Law 4412/16.
• Thorough and independent knowledge of ΕΣΗΔΗΣ is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.

Nice to have

• Experience with other public bid submission platforms.
• Master's degree or higher.
