Junior IT Analyst (Banking)

Location: Hybrid in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, with 3 days per week from the office.

Rate: up to 80 PLN/h on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for change initiatives.
• Analyse systems and apply business and data modelling to support effective solutions.
• Improve application robustness, quality, scalability, and production reliability.
• Deliver work according to scope, organisational standards, quality requirements, and timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and external partners using SAFe Agile practices.
• Support solution modernisation and provide facilitation, coaching, and review within the Deposits Domain.

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis, conceptual thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Business and data modelling skills, plus knowledge of enterprise architecture and complex system communication.
• Business knowledge of banking.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Self-organisation, proactivity, and the ability to plan work independently.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Nordic bank.
• Exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) or other core banking systems.
