Business System Analyst

Location: Hybrid from Warszawa or Wrocław, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 600–1,000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and refine business needs and requirements with stakeholders.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems.
• Model business processes with BPMN and domain/data structures with UML, maintaining consistency between business models and IT solutions.
• Analyze processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Define system integrations and data exchange interfaces between applications.
• Prepare project documentation, coordinate non-project changes, and collaborate with users, architects, IT teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Ability to analyze applications and IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and requirements elicitation methods, with the ability to select an appropriate approach for each situation.
• Experience with CASE tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Draw.io, or Adonis.
• Practical experience in BPMN business process modeling and UML domain and data object modeling.
• Understanding of system integration concepts and technologies, including ETL, API, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects across sales, CRM, tendering, construction delivery, procurement, logistics, HR, finance, legal, compliance, or fleet management.
• Experience with BPM/workflow, ERP, or HCM systems such as Webcon BPS, IFS, or eNova.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
