IT Analyst

Location: Hybrid from Poznań, Poland

Salary: 596–1,100 PLN/day on B2B, depending on experience level; Regular: 600–800 PLN/day, Senior: 800–1,100 PLN/day.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Model business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies and backlog management using Jira and Confluence.
• Define and document REST API integrations, perform data analysis, write SQL queries, and share knowledge with project teams.

Requirements

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with knowledge sharing.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.

Nice to have

• Working experience with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL.
