Exploratory QA Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the U.S.; applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually.

What you will do

• Derive and execute scenario-based test plans with stakeholders to validate holistic application behavior.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver a consumer-grade experience across an integrated ecosystem of web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement end-to-end automated test coverage using AI-driven regression infrastructure.
• Design and build agents to automate the quality process in a metrics-driven manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of overall experience in QA engineering, including experience testing web UIs and mobile applications for consumer-facing or other high-scale applications.
• Extensive exploratory testing experience focused on comprehensive, user-focused, end-to-end coverage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional focus on end-user success and empathy for the user experience.
• High-order analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Employment visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.
