TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Defining and delivering AI-native mobile communication products with an accent on system design, user workflows, and measurable product outcomes. Focus on evaluating architecture and technical trade-offs, designing experiments, and improving adoption, engagement, and retention through complex product iterations.

Location: Remote; Singapore

What you will do

Define product roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for assigned product areas.
Identify user needs and translate them into product features, workflows, and specifications.
Evaluate technical approaches with engineering, balancing performance, reliability, usability, development effort, quality, latency, cost, and time-to-market.
Lead product development from planning and design through testing, launch, and production improvement.
Analyze user behavior, product performance, experiments, market opportunities, competing products, and user feedback to guide priorities.
Improve adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes through evidence-based product decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, including shipping technology products.
Strong system design knowledge, including evaluating architecture, data models, integrations, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
Ability to challenge technical proposals, identify architectural risks, and work with engineering to resolve complex product and system constraints.
Experience owning complex products or workflows end-to-end, from problem definition and technical scoping through launch and production iteration.
Proven track record of improving adoption, engagement, retention, or business outcomes through shipped products.
Strong analytical judgment and experience designing experiments, interpreting metrics, and making investment decisions based on evidence.

Nice to have

Experience with distributed systems and complex integrations.
Experience with AI/ML products or LLM-based applications.
Experience with workflow automation or other technically demanding products.
