Analyst Relations

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s analyst relations programme from scratch, including strategy, analyst priorities, and the programme roadmap.
• Own relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and specialist firms covering enterprise AI, automation, and the SAP ecosystem.
• Run analyst briefings and inquiries, and coach founders and executives to become effective analyst spokespeople.
• Position hirify.global for emerging-vendor research such as Hype Cycles, Cool Vendors, and Market Guides, while developing a route to Magic Quadrants, Waves, and MarketScapes.
• Connect analyst relations with product launches, Gartner conferences, SAP Sapphire, and a customer proof programme.
• Feed analyst and competitive insight into positioning, product marketing, and sales, and measure impact on pipeline and shortlists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analyst relations experience at an enterprise software or technology company, ideally owning relationships with Gartner and other top-tier firms.
• Experience building an analyst relations programme rather than inheriting an established one, with a strong point of view on high-quality AR.
• Deep knowledge of analyst firms and how their research influences enterprise buying decisions.
• Ability to explain complex technical products clearly and compellingly to analysts, and to coach founders and executives.
• Credibility with senior leaders and confidence giving founders direct advice.
• Hands-on builder mindset: identifying gaps, shipping quickly, and remaining involved regardless of seniority.
• Willingness to work in the London office every day.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise AI, automation, process intelligence, or the SAP ecosystem.
