Internal Communications Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Design and own the internal communications architecture, including cadence, channels, ownership, and company-wide forums.
• Build formats that communicate leadership’s vision, strategy, and worldview on AI clearly and consistently across global teams.
• Establish channel governance and advise on the appropriate forum, format, tone, and timing for leadership messages.
• Identify and tell important stories from across the business, including achievements that may not naturally surface.
• Preserve and communicate hirify.global’s culture while supporting international expansion and adapting formats across regions.
• Partner with senior leaders and regional colleagues as a trusted advisor on internal communications.

Requirements

• Track record of designing and building internal communications systems from scratch, including cadences, channels, and company-wide forums.
• Strong judgement in distinguishing signal from noise and deciding what merits broad visibility.
• Excellent storytelling ability, with the instinct to find meaningful stories in a large, fast-moving organisation and communicate them clearly.
• Proven experience communicating across geographies and time zones, with sensitivity to cultural differences.
• Experience working with senior leaders and founders, earning trust through judgement and discretion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex or nuanced leadership messages briefly and clearly.
• Experience communicating through fast growth, acquisition, or significant organisational change, ideally in a technical or fast-moving industry.
• Highly self-sufficient, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced, complex scale-up operating at global scale.
