Internal Communications, Channels and Content and Data Manager (AI)

Location: Southampton, United Kingdom preferred, or London, United Kingdom; hybrid office-based work three days a week, with some time in London.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, management and ongoing development of internal communications channels, including the SharePoint intranet.
• Set editorial and content standards, coordinate content planning and develop effective internal communications campaigns.
• Use audience, content and channel data to build measurement frameworks, analyse engagement and improve targeting and effectiveness.
• Identify and embed appropriate AI and technology applications to improve communications quality, personalisation, measurement and team productivity.
• Deliver high-profile communications touchpoints, including hirify.global conferences and financial results, alongside newsletters, leadership messaging, people-cycle communications and business-as-usual updates.
• Support Internal Communications Business Partners and the Head of Internal Communications while working with teams across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Expertise in running multiple communication channels, including planning, scheduling, quality management and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing, updating and using a SharePoint intranet to engage colleagues, with the ability to work comfortably with IT teams.
• Experience using AI to enable workflows and improve internal communications effectiveness, team productivity and value.
• Relevant experience capturing, analysing, reporting and acting on insight from multiple data sources.
• Excellent writing skills and forensic attention to detail, ensuring consistently high-quality content aligned with business priorities.
• Ability to manage end-to-end communication channel reviews, coordinate recommendations and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to organise recurring communication cycles, such as quarterly surveys, with rigour and consistency.
• Proven track record delivering high-profile communications touchpoints and regular organisational updates.
• Understanding of employee experience and how communications support culture, engagement and people strategy; confident stakeholder management and the ability to influence leaders and teams.
