Quality Manager (Data Centre)

Location: Zaragoza, Spain; permanent, full-time, site-based and on-site.

What you will do

• Oversee onsite quality control processes and ensure work meets performance, functionality, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultant, and contractor teams, including scheduling and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively, support effective resolution, and monitor project progress and impacts.
• Implement and monitor project procedures, partnering with the client on process improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend key meetings, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate with project partners.
• Drive conformance to quality expectations across all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or demonstrated experience on large-scale international construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP construction, construction quality management, commissioning, and quality control testing, ideally in data centre or industrial construction environments.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM, Bluebeam, and other construction software.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience auditing contractor certifications and adhering to governing standards, with strong attention to installation compliance and quality.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences and promote inclusive collaboration.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Strong understanding of project standards, passion for quality, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
