What you will do

• Follow a training plan to develop into either a Crash Test Engineer or Test Supervisor according to laboratory workload; the roles are not performed simultaneously.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable crash-testing protocols, standards, regulations, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Prepare vehicle or test-sample work instructions, monitor preparation, supervise test execution, and manage post-crash activities.
• Review, validate, and document test results and prepare customer reports and technical documentation.
• Plan resources and schedules, coordinate positioning, instrumentation, photography, track technicians, and support personnel.
• Identify technical risks and deviations, ensure laboratory quality and safety compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Medium to high level of English is mandatory.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in discussions at different hierarchical levels.
• Empathy, proactivity, team spirit, assertiveness, flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to multitask while setting priorities and providing solutions.
• Commitment, goal orientation, successful-results orientation, and strong service orientation.
• Openness to working in an international, multicultural environment.
