Community Manager (Entertainment)

Run Monster Run is an entertainment series supported by hirify.global, focused on building an engaged audience community around the show.

What you will do

• Build and nurture the Run Monster Run fandom across Discord, Reddit, Facebook groups, and other relevant online communities.
• Spark discussions about episodes, characters, storylines, theories, and memorable moments.
• Engage with fans, answer questions, keep conversations active, and help members connect with one another.
• Organize polls, discussions, fan challenges, contests, and other participation-focused activities.
• Identify existing communities where potential fans gather and introduce the show in creative ways.
• Monitor audience interests, share insights with the team, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment while handling spam, inappropriate behavior, and conflicts.

Requirements

• Experience managing, moderating, or growing online communities, ideally on Discord, Reddit, or Facebook groups.
• Strong understanding of online fandom culture and community participation.
• Excellent online communication skills and the ability to engage naturally with different types of people.
• Creativity and initiative in starting conversations, organizing activities, and encouraging participation.
• Ability to build genuine connections with community members rather than only posting updates.
• Good judgment when moderating discussions, handling disagreements, and keeping communities welcoming and respectful.
• Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple communities and keeping them active over time.
• Genuine interest in entertainment, animated shows, and the communities that form around them.
