Senior QA Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria

Light & Wonder develops cross-platform games and entertainment products, including online gaming content and software for digital gaming providers.

What you will do

• Test end-to-end game journeys and verify that game clients function as intended.
• Test game functionality across operating systems, computers, and mobile devices.
• Identify, diagnose, reproduce, document, and track defects in JIRA through resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans covering game features and jurisdictional requirements.
• Provide QA sign-offs for production releases and prepare status reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, art, and other Studio disciplines while coaching junior QA members.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of professional software testing experience required.
• Strong technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices, including troubleshooting web applications on both.
• Proficient understanding of software testing methodologies, procedures, and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and add-ons.
• Ability to manage varied tasks and complex problems, prioritize effectively, meet quick deadlines, and deliver precise results.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and art disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a results-oriented and positive attitude.

• QA experience in casino slot gaming.
