Applications Analyst (Infrastructure Systems) (Oracle/Primavera): Supporting and optimizing infrastructure and capital delivery systems for cost control, scheduling, contract management, risk, and asset management with an accent on system reliability, data integrity, integrations, and governance. Focus on troubleshooting tier-2 and tier-3 issues, managing configurations and access controls, and coordinating complex resolutions with business stakeholders and external vendors.

What you will do

  • Provide technical and operational support, incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for infrastructure and capital delivery applications.
  • Administer platforms for cost control, scheduling, contract management, risk, and asset management, including Oracle Unifier/EcoSys, Primavera P6, NEC4/CEMAR/FastDraft, and ARM.
  • Maintain system availability, performance, data integrity, configurations, upgrades, access controls, audit trails, and security alignment.
  • Support project cost, programme, contract, and risk workflows, integrations, and data flows with ERP, BI, reporting, and document management platforms.
  • Maintain ITIL-aligned documentation and operational procedures and provide end-user guidance.
  • Work with Capital Projects, Commercial, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, vendors, and system integrators to resolve application and integration issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business or infrastructure systems in a production or operational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with capital projects, cost management, scheduling, contract administration, risk, or asset management systems.
  • Experience with tier-2/tier-3 support, incident resolution, problem management, service requests, and ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Unifier/EcoSys, Primavera P6, NEC4/CEMAR/FastDraft, ARM, or similar construction/infrastructure management systems.
  • Experience supporting integrations with ERP, reporting, or document management platforms.
  • Experience engaging Capital Projects, Commercial, Finance, Engineering, or Procurement stakeholders and working with third-party vendors or system integrators.
  • Strong troubleshooting, systems analysis, configuration, access control, data integrity, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
  • Degree or third-level qualification in Information Systems, IT, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience; knowledge of Oracle Cloud or Oracle ERP integrations.
  • Understanding of infrastructure governance, audit requirements, control frameworks, reporting and analytics tools, and change/release management in complex enterprise or mission-critical environments.
