What you will do

• Manage risk and P&L for client equity derivative trading accounts.
• Allocate high volumes of synthetic trades and associated hedges across multiple flows, resolving economic breaks.
• Handle queries from clients, custodians, prime brokerage, sales, trading desks, and other internal stakeholders.
• Perform trade and risk reconciliations and complete related business controls.
• Review daily control reports to verify accurate trade bookings and risk management.
• Identify process improvements, document procedures and process flows, and coordinate timely query resolution across hirify.global teams.

• Experience in a fast-paced client service or operational role.
• Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork skills when working with internal departments in London and globally.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
