Internship Program 2027 - Data Quality & Reporting Team

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; flexible hybrid ways of working.

What you will do

• Maintain the ticket queue and respond to data inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations related to data quality.
• Document and perform data preparation procedures, including data cleansing, standardization, and analysis.
• Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation.
• Interact with data sources to investigate and solve data problems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the second, third, or fourth year of a degree-level undergraduate program.
• Interest in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality service.
• Interest in data systems, process optimization, and digital tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French, Dutch, German, or Spanish.
